Bread rich in fiber, with an intense taste and a slightly acidulous scent of mother yeast. It expresses the entirety of the wheat grain, preserving the bran parts, the soluble and non-soluble fibers, the wheat flakes and its germ. Its central part , the embryo, is precious because it is very rich in vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fats and amino acids.
Excellent for rustic bruschetta.
