Timilia durum wheat, rich in vitamin B and mineral salts and enriched in the taste by roasted sesame on the surface brings with it all the flavor of ancient cereals that are grown especially in Sicily in Italy, and still ground using ancient stone techniques.
You can take the opportunity to taste it together with the other sourdough breads: wholegrain, with cereals, durum wheat and the Scrigno.
We are craftsmen, we produce in small quantities several times a week. It may take a few days to prepare and ship your order. Generally the courier commits: 1/2 days for Italy; 2/3 days for France, Germany, Austria; 3/4 days for Belgium, Spain.

Keep me in the freezer (but sparingly, come on, sourdough bread lasts six days if stored in the canvas bag!).
