The fermentation of the sourdough on our durum wheat gives this bread with its airy crumb a particular acidity and an important crust. The scent of the Italian cereal par excellence in its highest expression.
On the same day we bake the wholemeal bread, bread with cereals and the Scrigno with mother yeast.

We are craftsmen, we produce in small quantities several times a week. It may take a few days to prepare and ship your order. Generally the courier commits: 1/2 days for Italy; 2/3 days for France, Germany, Austria; 3/4 days for Belgium, Spain.

Keep me in the freezer (but sparingly, come on, sourdough bread lasts six days if stored in the canvas bag!).
