Full-flavored bread from our territory, with high nutritional values and low gluten content. We grow einkorn spelled in Colceresa hills, not far from our home. Spelled is stone-ground by Marco from Mulino Terrevive.
We bake it together with Scrigno with mother yeast.

We are craftsmen, we produce in small quantities several times a week. It may take a few days to prepare and ship your order. Generally the courier commits: 1/2 days for Italy; 2/3 days for France, Germany, Austria; 3/4 days for Belgium, Spain.
