Dough made of stone-ground type 1 flour, enriched with a mix of cereals and seeds left to rest overnight in water and natural liquid yeast. A mix of taste and lightness, with the inevitable slightly acidic scent of mother yeast.
On the same day we bake the wholemeal bread, durum wheat bread and the Scrigno with mother yeast.
We are craftsmen, we produce in small quantities several times a week. It may take a few days to prepare and ship your order. Generally the courier commits: 1/2 days for Italy; 2/3 days for France, Germany, Austria; 3/4 days for Belgium, Spain.
