The traditional focaccia dough enriched with sultana raisins: The Treccia with raisins is one of the Easter leavened cakes par excellence. Simple and soft, with a few genuine ingredients and a thirty hour natural leavening, the braid gives a unique flavor and scent.
We only use mother yeast. Flour type 0, eggs, butter, sugar, citrus essential oils and soft sultanas are combined with the dough to create a soft and delicate braid. The surface is covered with a fragrant granulated sugar.
