Walnuts and chestnuts with a strong aroma are added to the dough, covered with a crunchy almond glaze. It was the forerunner to Giuseppe's experiments, the first innovative panettone we are still strongly attached to.
Our artisanal Panettone is made with flour, butter and egg yolk, only mother yeast and a slow processing of over 40 hours.
