Easter Colomba made by a slow rising, just with mother yeast. The basic ingredients are simple and carefully selected: flour, butter and fresh eggs to which we add a small amount of citrus essential oils.
A fanciful version of our Classic Colomba, with chunks of candied peach and crumbled amaretto grains. Covered with a crispy almond glaze.
